On
February 25, 2014 plenary of the Interagency Council was held with the purpose
to discuss the final draft of State Border Management Strategy, informed
Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According
to the Government Decree No49 of January 14, 2014, specially established
Interagency Council chaired by the State Security and Crisis Management Council
under the Prime-Minister of Georgia, was tasked to draft State Border
Management Strategy and present to the Government of Georgia for adoption
before March 1, 2014.
State
Border Management Strategy will be presented to the Government of Georgia for
the next Government session.
