The
French court has made a decision on former Georgian Defence Minister
Kezerashvili’s case denying his extradition to Georgia.
Davit
Kezerashvili was arrested in France by the request of the Georgian side on 14
October.
Two
criminal cases have been launched against Kezerashvili in Georgia, which have
been in process of review at Tbilisi City Court.
First
case is related to alcohol (spirits) contraband, while the second one - to
alienation of TV Company “Imedi” and territory of “Rike” where both former
Defence Minister and suspended Mayor of Tbilisi Gigi Ugulava are charged.
